Yes. The Bangalore University offers MBA. It is run by the government of Karnataka. The fee is around 45-50 thousand per year.

Hi, The eligibility criteria for PGCET full-time MBA is as follows:
The candidate must have secured a recognised Bachelor's degree (3 years minimum duration) or should have passed an equivalent examination. During all the years of degree examination, the candidate must have attained an aggregate of 50% marks or more in all the subjects. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and Category-I of Karnataka should have attained 45% marks in the qualifying examination
