Post Graduate Common Entrance Test PGCET is the state level MBA entrance exam for Karnataka. You will need to clarify your college of interest, and then only alternate exams can be suggested. Some common exams are CAT MAT CMAT etc.

Karnataka PGCET 2017 Eligibility Criteria:
Applicant should be domicile of Karnataka state. Candidates who have completed minimum 7 years of their academic qualification from class I from the institutions of Karnataka. For admission to Tech programme, minimum 50%aggregate marks are required in B.E. /B.Tech (45% in case of SC/ST candidates). Same marks criteria are required in the qualifying examination for admission to MBA programme. Hi Poornima,
For doing MBA in HR you need to decide if it is PGDM or MS you want to go for. So the exams you can appear are CAT, CET, CMAT, NMAT, XAT, SNAP, CMAT, MAT and ATMA. Some of the exams are college specific like NMAT for NMIMS, XAT for XLRI and SNAP for Symbiosis. For PGDM you can appear among any of the exams mentioned above (still check college wise individually) but for MS CET is the exam you need to appear.
