Presently in India, no university is allowed to offer any professional course including Engineering via distance education mode. Hence i would like you to check with whomsoever is offering this course to confirm acceptance by UGC for this. Best wishes to you.

You need to appear for CAT, MAT or CMAT depending upon the colleges that you are looking to get into. The entrance exam demanded will vary according to the college. So, make a list of colleges first and then go into that college's website and check what are the requirements for MBA.

it's indeed great to know that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering after completion of your diploma. At one place you are saying via open meaning distance education and at another place you are saying part time. These two are different. Engineering graduation vua distance education is not allowed in India. But part time is allowed. Hence seek clarification from college about this issue before paying fees etc. Best wishes to you.

AMIE and B.Tech Part time are the best available options. Never do the B.Tech through the distance mode, because distance B.Tech degree is not valid for employment and higher education purpose.

If you want to have a bright future in the field of Civil Engineering, I will suggest you to do it on a regular basis rather than distance learning. As you know it is a core branch and your academics will help you a lot in your future.
