Kerala Agricultural University offers only four sepecialisations in the M.Tech course. Moreover, the university offers a limited number of seats for each specialisations. Similarly, Kelappaji College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, KAU also offers limited seats for M.Tech courses. Check out the number of seats allocated at the college:

For admission to the MTech course at Kerala Agricultural University, the university accepts ICAR AIEEA PG scores. Further, the ICAR AIEEA exam was conducted on July 3, 2025. ICAR PG exams were held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The ICAR AIEEA 2025 Answer Key will be out soon on the official website. Additionally, the ICAR AIEEA PG exam is conducted once a year in a computer-based format for applicants across India.

To get selected in the M.Tech course at Kerala Agricultural University, candidates must register for the programme on time after completing the basic eligibility criteria. Further, candidates will be shortlisted according to their scores acheived in ICAR AIEEA PG or might be according to the university's based entrance exam. To get admission into the M.Tech course at KAU, candidates must complete their BTech/ BE in Agricultural/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Energy & Environmental Engineering with an aggregate of 60% (the eligible BE/ BTEch degree can differ according to the specialisation selected by the student. Further, for the selection process, the university considers the relevant scores of ICAR AIEEA, and there are chances that the university might consider the university's in-house entrance exam.

Yes, Kerala Agricultural University does offer M.Tech courses for the duration of two years, divided into four semesters, and offered in full-time mode.
