Yes, you're eligible for both universities. Your +2 percentage is good. But both of these universities select candidates on the basis of entrance exam and personal interviews. So, you'll have to prepare for that too. Entrance exam will include logical reasoning, grammer etc. If you want to learn programming languages which you will be studying in your BCA course then you can check out this app "BCA - Course Programming" which is specially designed and developed for BCA students and is available on Google Play Store. Lots of comparison are there:
NIT is brand UIET is just formality in NIT from this year for first year students there will be a subject called Machine Learning and in UIET there is Biotechnology which is no useful in field of Computer science.
There will be extra clubs for training in coding and to build some extra skills but in UIET, you were taught by teacher only from syllabus and which is also not tsp good.
So, I prefer the studies of NIT, rather than UIET.
