If you like studying English, then studying the language will not appear to be a burden, and you will breeze through without even realizing it. Of course, with good marks. You cannot pursue two regular courses at once. You should be doing either one of them through distance. And for admission in Germany, I would suggest choosing a university first that you want admission in and then decide on what to do to be eligible.
