Journalism and tourism are two obvious courses that will fulfill your desire to interact with different people. I would suggest taking Journalism for MA. As it would allow you to visit places. There is a sub-genre in Industry called travel Vlogging. But again your options are not limited. You can join army and get to serve at many parts of India. You can try course for archeology and visit historic and culturally significant places. Or join NGO which works for developing and sharing culture.

It totally depends on you, but, I will suggest you to take French language because. It is the second most widely learned language after English and the sixth most widely spoken language in the world. French is also considered to be the easiest language to learn.

Chinese language BA. It is the best you can think of. With trade growing by leaps & bounds between India & China, there is an acute shortage of Chinese language experts in India. Translation is only the top of iceberg. Go ahead.
