Hi Vishakha,
English speaking students should not have problems as most universities offer courses in English but at the undergraduate level, it can be difficult to find these. In any case, it is better to check university websites for the language of instruction. You will also not find B.Arch course, in particular, most programs will be termed as Urban Planning, etc. You can check Leiden University, University of Groningen, Royal University of Art and The Hague offers a Bachelor's degree in interior architecture.

To improve your spoken English, the best thing is to talk to a native speaker. Learn 5 words daily and use in your conversation. Read books, Newspaper and articles. Try to avoid translation from your mother tongue to English.
