Hi Mustafa, Admission into top MBA programs typically require a high GMAT score; sometimes a motivation letter; interview; decent IELTS (typically at least 6.5) or TOEFL scores (for English-centric programs); at least B2 German language certification (for German-centric programs); and at minimum, a moderately high GWA in one's undergrad in certain cases. As you did BA from YCMOU surely you can do PG if the specializations are available. There is no restriction as such. It only depends on the availability of languages too with YCMOU. You need to check it with YCMOU office or visit its official website.
