Hello Mukesh, this university consider the score of MAT exam. My advice is you first join some good English class because MBA is all about your personality, reading and speaking skills.

As you did BA from YCMOU surely you can do PG if the specializations are available. There is no restriction as such. It only depends on the availability of languages too with YCMOU. You need to check it with YCMOU office or visit its official website.

There are many colleges in Delhi including DU and other private colleges. Some do provide regular classes and some have distance programs, please specify the college.

You have to score minimum 50% marks and you have enough and high marks than minimum marks required.

If you want to learn to speak in English, then better join American Institute of English Language - AIEL. It is one of the best institutes in India having lots of branches throughout the country.

The cutoff for admission in MBA is minimum 50% at graduation level for general category students. So in case you fall in the said category then you will not be eligible for admission in MBA.

MA in English is done through correspondence, as well as regular course. Delhi University offer this course. Admission in this course depends upon the entrance exam.
