I would say for teaching, English (Hons) is better. For the corporate sector in Hotels, hotel management is better. I can enlist the top universities like Amity University, Lovely Professional University, etc.

Many colleges and universities situated in Delhi NCR region provide the same course. (Amity, SGT and many more)
If you have marks above 86% in best four and belong to general category, then you can wait for the next cut-off list of Delhi University.

The college offers MA in 2 specializations, M.Sc in 5 specializations and an MPP course under the PG program. The application process for these courses can be done online. Students applying for MA must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in any discipline of arts, science or commerce. Students must have passed B.Sc or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks to apply for M.Sc. The selection in MPP is done on the basis of an entrance test and interview conducted by the college. Selection in M.Sc & MA is based on the merit in the qualifying examination.

Getting low marks is okay, provided you take corrective action of studying sincerely and purposefully. Yes, you can take admission in MA, but please study regularly and intelligently.

There are specific things to do that can improve your communication skills:
1. Listen, and listen. People want to know that they are being heard. Really listen to what the other person is saying, instead of formulating your response. Ask for clarification to avoid misunderstandings. At that moment, the person speaking to you should be the most important person in your life. Another important point is to have one conversation at a time. This means that if you are speaking to someone on the phone, do not respond to an email, or send a text at the same time. The other person will know that she doesn't have your undivided attention.

Most probably admissions are closed in this particular course for almost all categories and if you are adding music in best four then there will be a deduction of 2.5% from your aggregate of best four.
