Yes, surely.
The eligibility for M.A. in English is graduation and/or Bachelor's degree obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA of any of the universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India.
There is a relaxation of 5% aggregate for SC/ST candidates.
Generally, universities conduct entrance examination for admission to the M.A. Programme in English but there are certain universities which take admission on the basis of merit.

Students seeking admission in Delhi University language courses can contact the respective college and department for admission forms and other queries. The filled forms need to be submitted along with required documents before the last date, which will be notified by the college. Applicants need to fill separate forms for each course. It is important to check the date of annual examinations for the part-time language courses and any other course you may be pursuing carefully.

All of the subjects are related to English as a language and literature. This includes the history of English language ( old English , middle age English ) , the ages of English literature as in Victorian age , Elizabethan age, so the course gave you full-fledged information regarding English , this also includes other form as in poetry , prose, drama , epics, novels respective to their ages.

Hi Ankita, You are eligible to take admission in BITS Pilani provided you have aggregate 75% and above marks. The eligibility criteria for BITS Pilani is " The candidate should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects (if he/she has taken Mathematics in BITSAT or a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects (if he/she has taken Biology in BITSAT in 12th class examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics / Biology subjects. "
