In my opinion, seriously there is no way to learn English language, as English is very imperfect language. The only way is to read novels, newspaper and use English language as your day to day communication. And, if you are really bad in English that doesn't matter, when you read novel, you become used to. As the reading habit develop, go side by side for writing also. So, it takes time, but there is no correct date or duration for learning English. It develops little by little. So, take first baby steps, then develop your habit.

The only way is to be confident and practice your speaking skill with your friends and try to communicate with families, people of your day to day life, then you will be able to use English language as your communication.
