You can go for humanities as it is better for the course otherwise the course really doesn't matter.
All the streams in 12th consist of English as a subject.

It depends on your interest but zoology is a little specified course and in English you can go anywhere else as well to do some other field course.

Well, of course, DU is where you'll find every subject in English language but even if you know the very basic English and have the interest to learn completely, then it would't be impossible for anyone to study at DU. It might take time for you to learn English and maybe you'll face difficulties more than others, since you'll have to learn the language to study the subject, but if you have it in you, you can be at DU!

No, there is no entrance exam for this course. Admission is based on the percentage in 12th.
