If you have problem in attending the exams in English, better try to attend the exams in Hindi (if they have Hindi medium option available). What you have to focus is your content.

Its very nice to know your desire of doing MA in English. Distance education means the agency or the institution imparting education is at a distance from you. There is no classroom teaching but many open universities offering this have virtual classrooms wherein one can login and be part of this! Invariably eligibility for MA in English is graduation.
