You can apply for an architecture course if you like. The field is well suited for creative people with non-medical subjects in 10+2. Apart from this, you can also consider having a career in design industry like fashion design, interior design, product design, automobile design, accessory design and so on. Bachelor of Fine Arts BFA is another course that you can look at, which will help you to have a career in visual or performing arts.
