There are colleges which accept a score of 6.5 in IELTS, however there are other colleges which require a minimum of 7 in the IELTS exam. GRE is a pre-requisite to get admission in most institutes offering admission in MS (any branch). However, there are institues which offer admission into MS based on marks obtained in undergraduate field of study.
