My CLAT 2023 rank was around 16.2k but the BBA LLB application form doesn't show that I am eligible for my date of birth for the year, 2006.

There is no age limit cap for admissions. You should have completed 10+2 with minimum 50 percentage in general category to get admission. You should check all the eligibility criteria carefully. The reason for ineligibility would be something else.
