CLAT Sample Papers 2026: CLAT Exam 2026 will be held on December 7, 2025. CLAT Exam Date 2026 was announced in official notification. Candidates who will be appearing for CLAT 2026 must note that the CLAT 2026 Sample Paper is an important study material to crack the CLAT Exam in the first attempt. The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) will conduct the CLAT Exam 2026. The consortium of NLU releases the CLAT 2026 sample paper and answer key together. Yes, candidates who have regsitered for the CLAT exam can access the sample papers through their login credentials. They can practice the questions for all the sections. This exercise will help to evaluate the areas that are strong and weak and needs more attention. 

Q:   How many questions are there in CLAT Exam?
A:

In CLAT Exam there will be 120 questions. The exam paper will be in MCQ format. Candidates will get 120 minutes to complete the paper. Since there is a negative marking candidates must attempt carefully.

Where to Download official CLAT Sample Papers 2026? 

Q:   Will marks be deducted for unanswered questions in CLAT?
A:

According to the CLAT exam pattern, there will be no deduction of marks for unanswered questions. Such questions will not be taken into consideration while calculating the total marks of a candidate. Hence, if candidates are not sure about the answer of a question, it is better to leave it unattempted rather than doing a guess work, to avoid negative marking.

The consortium of NLUs will release the CLAT Question Paper Pattern 2026 for both the 5-year integrated LLB and one-year LLM program.
