The selection for KIITEE Law 2026 (BA/BBA/BSc LLB) follows a straightforward, merit-based process:

Score-Based Shortlisting: Candidates must clear category-specific cutoffs (based on marks and rank in the exam) to be eligible for counselling 

Merit-Centric Counselling: Seat allotment is strictly on KIITEE Law exam performance in descending order of rank 

Choice Filling & Seat Allocation: Qualified candidates choose preferred course and submit choices online; seats are allotted based on rank and availability

Document Verification & Fee: Final admission requires verification of qualifying credentials (10th/12th marksheets) and fee payment.

The KIITEE Law Entrance Exam is generally considered to be moderately challenging, with a fair mix of difficulty across sections.

For admission to its five-year integrated law programs—B.A. LL.B., BBA LL.B., and B.Sc. LL.B.—the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), Bhubaneswar, administers the KIITEE Law Exam.  Legal aptitude, general knowledge, verbal ability, logical reasoning, and maths are among the topics covered in the online test.  Candidates must be under 22 years old and have completed their 10+2 with at least 45 per cent of the possible points (or 40 per cent for reserved groups).  The KIITEE Law score is used for selection, and counselling is then conducted.  It provides access to a reputable legal school with excellent facilities and job opportunities.
