You have to just go through the syllabus of CLAT for every year and try to attempt last years question papers regularly. The CLAT syllabus for year 2019 can be divided in following parts.
1. English, including comprehension
2. General Knowledge
3. Mathematics
4. Legal aptitude
5. Logical reasoning
For detailed syllabus and Exam pattern, visit CLAT official website as under:

For better preparation also take the help from some competitive books
A) For English :
a) Word Power Made Easy by Norman Lewis
b) Tata McGrawhill (check CLAT on the cover page don't buy the CAT one)

You will have to login into your account that you created during filling the form. From there, you would be able to gain access to your registration number and then can download your admit card.
