Yes, practical marks are to be added to the total. As practical+theory= 100 marks in CBSE or any equivalent board. So, 54 is your aggregate percentage. Further, for NLU's you need to be amongst top ranker. So, you have to prepare like the toppers.
Further, there are other eligibility exams for admission to other top institute for law education.

Yes, you can. Candidates need to have passed 12th board examination of 10+2 schools system and should have secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of the subjects in the qualifying examination.

Your score is too low for good colleges, but you can still apply to private colleges and if seats will be vacant you can get into one of the good colleges.

As such law entrance exam does not need any coaching if you are good at general knowledge, logical reasoning and English. Nevertheless, if you want to prepare for NLUs, then Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi is full of coaching institutes. Please enquire there. All coaching institutes are same. It totally depends upon your hard work and perseverance
