No, there is no provision in India to do LLB in a correspondence mode. Without an LLB course done in a regular mode, you won't be able to practice law in any court in India. After plus two-course, one can join for 5 years LLB course and a degree holder can join for 3-year LLB.

In professional courses like MBBS BDS etc. One subject which is not cleared will be excused. However, students studying in degree courses like B.Com, BA, etc. do not have any such restriction in backlogs and can have as many, but a degree will be provided to them only when they clear all backlog subjects.

Yes, there is entrance exam conducted by Amity, . Amity University, Jaipur Application Process for All Courses Amity Universitys application form can be either filled online or offline. The form can be purchased from Amity Information Centre at Jaipur or can be downloaded from the official website .

No, you need minimum of 45%. Do your graduation, and then do a 3 year law course.
There is an eligibility criterion set by Calcutta University for BA LLB e in which states that the student belonging to the general category must have percentage more than 45 in 12th in best of four subjects where is student belonging to SC ST category must have percentage above 40 to be eligible for further entry test
It will be an entrance test if you clear the eligibility criteria in which test for a particular task course will be there.
