BTech Admission
- Last Date to apply for JOSAA counselling is in second week of June.
- Round 1 seat allotment is released on second week of June.
MTech and PhD Admission
- Last Date to apply for online application is in second week of June.
- Interview and Written Test will tentatively be held in last week of June.

Candidates wishing to take admission in BTech at IIIT Bhagalpur have to appear in JEE Main. Along with that, candidates also have to participate in JOSAA/ CSAB counselling process. Seat allocation is done when candidates clear cutoff ranks released on the official JoSAA website.

The application form fee at IIIT Bhagalpur is non-refundable. Students must pay the fee in time to avoid the late fee submission charges. The below docs are required for IIIT Bhagalpur admissions:
- 10th marksheet
- 12th Marksheet
- passport size photo, etc.

Before applying to BTech at IIIT Bhagalpur, candidates must fulfil teh eligibility criteria. To be eligible for BTech admissions, candidates should have passed Class 12 in Physics Chemistry, Maths with at least 75% marks. So, 60% in Class does not make you make you qualified for eligibility.
