AIL offers LLM in criminal law and family law with jurisprudence and comparative public law as compulsory papers in each case. You also have option to choose an elective subject. You have to download the syllabus of LLM from website to understand this.

For doing Masters in labor laws you will have to first do LLB. You can do it from distance. See this link and apply suitable filters
https://shiksha.com/searchLayer. If you don't have time, you can do a course from swayam, but do it after November/December as 4 new codes will come, which will repeal all the current acts.

After completing 3 year LLB, you can do LLM in many fields like criminal law, corporate law, civil law, IPR, MEDARB etc.
