As per the guidelines of Bar Council of India, you can't pursue it online and cannot enroll in any college if it says that it will provide online degree because it is null and void.

For BVP NLC you need to appear for BVP CET LAW, as it is the minimum eligibility for admission.The concession on fee depends on the rank that you have got in BVO CET law.
Further, if you score a rank below 120 then your fee structure will be low as compared to the other students.
