To take admission in NLU, you need to give the common entrance exam that is CLAT. You will get admission on the basis of the score you secure in the same.

There are many sources where you can find the question papers. Many books at the book store provide it. Coaching institutes also provide them. Also, you can just buy them from the CLAT website itself. There are many other websites too which upload the question papers, so you can download it from there as well.

Your marks seem pretty good. I think you should be able to make it, although the cut off of BHU goes very high. Just keep pace with the counselling process till the end. I hope you should be able to make it.

No, LLB course is of 5 years. There is no three year course available in LLB.
If you need to know about the fee structure, it varies from year to year. So better to go through banasthali.org site for fee structure of LLB course.
And also, after a talk with my LLB seniors, the education in this field is good there and also, you will enjoy senior junior good relations in this course.

It has been happening with alot of students as the DU's website is showing the marks on pro rata basis. So you don't have to worry as the best four will be calculated from your marksheet directly at the time of admission.
