Most of the Universities requires 45-55% marks in LLB. For pursuing LLM programme. It is recommendable here that not to pursue the distance learning LLM programme, because there is big confusion over Bar Council of India decision regarding this. Hence, it is better to go with regular LLM programme.

My advice would be to never miss on the admission form of any college because you never know when your luck comes in handy and secures you a seat. So, at least fill the form and give a try to your luck. You might actually get a seat. Because you score seems to be fair.

I think, your chances to secure ACLAT seat are very low, but you can surely try your luck in other private colleges. All the best.

985 seems to be quite a good one. Keep checking their website for the counselling process and seat allotment regularly as you might secure a seat for yourself. Also, do check the website of other colleges as well which take admission on basis of CLAT score, because you have got a really fair chance of securing a seat.

You need to check the criteria for that, because some colleges have strict cut off of at least 60% in LLB to be eligible for LLM. Some agree on just 55% as well. So, just go through the website for the information regarding the same.
