The TSLAWCET for 3 years LL.B. Is designed to evaluate the candidates ability and aptitude to pursue the
study of Law. The Test consists of three parts. Total number of questions will be 120 and the duration of test is 90 minutes. Maximum marks are 120. Part A : Consists of 30 questions carrying 30 marks: General Knowledge and Mental Ability. Part B : Consists of 30 questions carrying 30 marks: Current Affairs. Part C : Consists of 60 questions carrying 60 marks: Aptitude for the Study of Law. For 3-year Law Course, the standard expected standard expected is of Degree Level. The CLAT UG 2020 is very important exam for Integrated five years LL.B. Course for candidates seeking admissions in National Law Universities in India. The CLAT exam will be conducted on 2I Ist June 2020 across various centers in India and the last date of submission of online application forms is 18th June 2020. The eligibility criteria of CLAT is 10+2 or an equivalent examination with minimum 45% of marks. Apart from this various Universities in India conducts their own entrance exam for Integrated LL.B. Course, few of them are given below.
1. AILET conducted by National Law University, Delhi
2. MAH-LLB (5 Years) CET-2020 conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State
3. ISAT conducted by Law School Admission Council
4. Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET)
5. BVP CET Law conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth
6. AMU Law Entrance Exam.

The BCI conducts the All India Bar Examination to check the eligibility of law graduates to practice law in India. AIBE is a certification exam which is mandatory for law graduates in the country in order to be able to practice law. Candidates qualifying in AIBE XV will be issued the COP which is instrumental for practicing law in any court established in India. An applicant of AIBE XV must be enrolled as an advocate with a State Bar Council. All students graduating from academic year 2009-10 onward need to clear the All India Bar Examination in order to practice law in India. The All India Bar Examination will be conducted every year from 2011 onward. So from above you do not need to give the AIBE exam, however you must be enroll as an advocate with a State Bar Council.

Eligibility for Admission : (I) Nativity: Applicant should be an Indian Citizen. However, only those candidates who are of Kerala origin are eligible for any type of reservation or any fee concession. The candidate should upload any one of the following documents along with the application, to prove Indian Citizenship. (a) True copy of the Birth certificate of the candidate, issued by competent birth registering authority (Panchayat/ Municipality/ Corporation), showing place of birth in any State or Union territory of India. (b) True copy of the relevant page of Secondary School Leaving Certificate of the candidate, showing place of birth in any State or Union territory of India. (c) True copy of the relevant page of the Passport of the candidate issued by Government of India. (d) Certificate from a Village Officer or a competent authority to show that the candidate is a native of any State or Union Territory of India in the prescribed format. In order to prove that a candidate is an Indian Citizen of Kerala origin, he/she has to upload any one of the following documents during the submission of online application, to prove Nativity. (I) Relevant page of Secondary School Leaving Certificate of the candidate showing the place of birth in Kerala. (ii) Birth certificate of the candidate, issued by competent birth registering authority (Panchayat/ Municipality/ Corporation), showing the place of birth in Kerala. (iii) Relevant page of the Passport of the candidate or of either of the parents of the candidate, issued by the Government of India, showing the place of Birth in Kerala. If Passport of parent is uploaded, then corroborative certificate to establish the relationship between the parent and the candidate also must be
uploaded. (iv) Relevant page of the Secondary School Leaving Certificate of the candidate or of either of the parents of the candidate showing the place of Birth in Kerala. If certificate of parent is uploaded, corroborative certificate to establish the relationship between the parent and the candidate also must be uploaded. (v) A certificate in the prescribed format from the Village Officer/Tahsildar to show that he/she or his/her mother/father was born in Kerala. So from above Adhar card is not applicable here for Nationality. Please correct and upload documents as above.

In India, there are 2 ways you can pursue law:
1. 5 Year Integrated Degree, you may pursue this after finishing your 12th. The stream you belong to does not matter. You may apply for CLAT (Common Law Admission Test). But before applying for the test, you need to prepare yourself for it. There are 5 subjects which you need to be thorough with:
English (40 marks)
Logical Reasoning (40 marks)
G. K. (Both Current Affairs and Static G. K) (50 marks)
Legal Reasoning (50 marks)
Mathematics (20 marks)
2. 3 Year Course
For this you need a Bachelors degree in any subject. There are few universities, colleges offering a 3 year Course. There are multiple universities from where you can do 5-year LL.B.
