Seeing your score, your rank would be in 50,000, which means you will not get NLUS, or any good state university. Either, do law from a good private university like Amity University or try next year.

NLUS are stuff even in the other counseling rounds, but not impossible keep trying till the last round. You may get state universities.

Hi,
No, you can't able to pursue LLB with B.Sc at the same time. But, yes if you join integrated B.Sc + LLB, then it is possible. The duration of this course will be minimum 5 years and you have to give entrance exam for admission in this course.
