It mainly depends to the university or college you wish to apply to. Some take direct admissions and others take an entrance test. Cutoff of some of the universities like CCSU usually goes low and some demand a bit higher. However, you should score at least 50-60% in your 12th to secure yourself so that you can apply to multiple or all universities of your choice.

As per my knowledge, age is not a bar yet to get admission to law degree and also, registration as a lawyer after the completion of the degree. Since you do not have a graduation degree, yet you can directly apply for BA LLB. Since this way, you will be able to do law and also, save one year of yours. Otherwise, you will have to do a minimum 3 years' graduation first and then 3 years' law which totals 6 years so I will suggest you to go for BA LLB to save a year of yours.
