LLB is a full time regular three years of course and required a certain percentage of attendance criteria (Above 75%) for the award of the degree. Further Bar Council of India has also prohibited the LL.B. Part-time or Evening courses for practicing as Advocate. So being a salaried person you can not join the regular classes from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. Hence, you can not pursue this course.

LLB is the Bachelor of Laws three years duration Undergraduate degree necessary for practicing as an Advocate. While B. L. (Not L. B) is 2-year course, essentially academic in nature, and you cannot practice as an advocate though your legal qualification may land you a desk job in some legal environment (like an advocate's office or a legal firm). So if you wants to become as an Advocate or wants to joint the Judiciary or Civil services, than you have to do the 3 years LL.B. Regular course. The eligibility criteria for LL.B. Is Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% of marks.

The eligibility criteria of BBA LL.B. And B.A. LL.B. Is 10+2 with minimum 45% of marks for CLAT 2020. The best gateway for pursuing these courses is CLAT 2020 entrance exam. This entrance exam can provides you the opportunities for studying in Prestigious Law Universities like NLSIU Bangalore, NALSAR Hyderabad, NLU Jodhpur etc. The extended last date of application is 18 May 2020.

The Faculty of Law of AMU is presently running 5 year BA LLB (Integrated) Course, 2 years LLM Course along with 3 P. G. Diploma Courses in various specializations. So, the B.Com LLB Course is not available at AMU.

B.Com (Pass) The course is similar to B.Com (H). The difference lies in the fact that you can specialize in a certain subject in B.Com (H), but the B.Com (P) course gives you an overview of all those subjects taught in the honors course. The MSU Baroda Law Entrance paper shall be of two hours and will have 100 multiple choice questions of two marks each from four different subjects including English (Comprehension), General Knowledge & Current Affairs, Legal Aptitude, Mental Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.

DU offers only full time regular three years LL.B. Course and part time LL.B. Course at DU is not available. Further DU also does not offers integrated B.A. LL.B. Course in any modes.
