Not directly. You will have to first complete a 3yr law degree to be able to practice in this law. Otherwise you can always help In the "examination of patent applications" steps in patent office which is typically an office job with only documents to read.

For notes, you can refer to the website of DAVV CET. Otherwise, you can ask from your friends, because notes of entrance exam is not possible easily. You can make your own notes according to your syllabus, and buy some books for the preparation of exam.
