45% is the requisite to sit in any exam. Appear into competitive exam and work hard. You can also approach private universities and CCSU, otherwise give improvement.

There is a reservation for women candidates, and probably widows of soldiers in armed forces have reservation, but that too would be defense quota.

The last year question paper can be purchased online or any book store. Prefer RS Aggarwal, Mariam Webster for quant and English. For legal aptitude, you can easily study from YouTube and other websites. Once you attempt the previous years you will get the idea. All the best.

The average package in law would be anywhere between INR. 3.6 lacs to around INR. 10 lacs pa. Check the placement cell option on the university website for exact idea.

Jaipur National University is good for studying BA LLB (Hons.) and has good placement records.BA-LLB course combines a Bachelor's degree course in Arts with Bachelors in Law. The syllabus for this program as the name suggests includes enriching curriculum in Art subjects.
The duration of the course BA-LLB at JNU, Jaipur is five years. Each year comprises of two semesters. A student who successfully completes the five years of BA-LLB course shall be eligible for the award of both Degrees of Bachelors of Arts and Bachelors in Law.
