As you are working in HR department and you have done B.Com in your graduation. Therefore, going for labour law PGDM course will definitely help you in future in your career.

It doesn't matter as at the end you have to prepare for the entrance exams and judicial services exam.

LL.B. Is a great option. You have great opportunities after this. Go for b.A. LL.B. After class 12. start preparing for CLAT exam and get into a good college. Start preparing for judiciary classes in your last semester.

That would not be possible, as colleges desist from selecting students with any sorts of backlogs. Your percentage is also too low, so don't expect too many colleges.
