Hi Purvansh! Apply it via distance learning programme. You apply it from IGNOU. Also there are few private universities are there who are providing distance learning programs like manipal. Best of luck.

Hi buddy,
You can apply for the same only when you will be in the final year or after clearing LL.B. If you are so much desperate to appear the exam you should start your full-fledged preparation now so that you could qualify the exam as early as possible. PCS exams need very determined preparation and it ideally takes 2 years preparation at least. So, start your preparation now. You should go ahead by starting from general studies and when after sometime start the optional subjects and remaining papers. There are certain universities offering three year LL.B. Course after graduation, topmost being Delhi University (DULLB entrance):

You can take up mock test every week to check their speed & accuracy. Solve Maths questions at least 8 to 10 times. Candidates must make a proper study-plan. Give equal time to each section. Focus on all the important topics including current affairs, GK, etc.

Admission process: Admissions are done through counseling conducted by CGVYAPAM prepared based on CG PET merit list /rank obtained in JEE Mains. It is the admission procedure, there is no such criteria mentioned in the college website regarding class 12th marks, but if you have scored more than 60% in your class 12th, then you need not to worry.
