The eligibility criteria for NLU Delhi are as under.
Eligibility: - All candidates should appear for the All India Law Entrance Test AILET and selection shall be solely on that basis. The candidate should have passed the Higher Secondary School Examination (10+2) system or an equivalent examination thereto securing in the aggregate not less than 50% of the total marks. The Eligibility condition for admission of students under the Foreign Nationals Category shall be 65% marks in the Higher Secondary School Examination of (10+2) system or an equivalent examination. In most of the law colleges the eligibility criteria for three-year LLB Programme is as under. There is no upper age-limit for admission. However, a candidate must be at least 17 years of age on the date of application. A graduation degree with 45% marks (40% for reserved category) is the basic qualification required. The following are the college's offers 3-years LLB Programme. The admission criteria may vary according to college and may conduct entrance exam also.

Migration depends on the college policies. Talk to your institute head. If they have any exchange or transfer policy, then you will be having no problem.

Yes, you need to appear for the entrance test. They take admission only on the basis of rank obtained in the entrance. Otherwise, you will get admission via management quota, where fees is higher than normal.
