there is no age limit to pursue 5yr law course in any university as the bar council has removed age restrictions. Though if you are already a graduate you cannot study 5yr law but a 3yr law is available to you,. .

no for CLAT english is a mandatory subject. It comes only in english and has a very heavy weightage of english in the exam.

yes if you score a rank in the top 50s- 100s then you can get admission in nlsiu, if you obtain a lower rank you can still get a tier 1 nlu easily but try to achieve a rank not below 200.

You get an option to even setup your own NGO for Environmental purposes. Apart from this, you could take up further studies on environment and become an expert environmentalist as well. The PG or the Diploma would aid your career in some or other ways and won't go in vein.
