Hi Nitik,
If you've already done your graduation then you can directly do 3-year LLB course, but if you're a student of 12th standard, then you can take a 5-year BA LLB course. After graduation, you can research and decide which college you want to pursue law from and you can apply to those colleges.
For Eg: Symbiosis Law School offers 3 and 5-year LLB course based on a test and personal interview conducted by the university.

Hi Limson,
The Bar Council accords no recognition for BL/LLB through distance mode or evening colleges for practising as an advocate. If you want to practice as a lawyer you have to necessarily enrol in a recognised college or university and complete the three-year course in regular mode.

BA LLB provided by Amity University Mumbai is an excellent degree to pursue. They give immense exposure to various law firms with quality teaching by the professors.
The professors are very experienced and provides students with live examples in a way they can relate. Internships are provided by Amity University Mumbai itself so that the students can get real life exposure and practice.

Hi,
You will need to complete your current degree first of all. You cannot pursue two degree programs at the same time.

Hi,
The university does not provide specialized M.Phil in Law. It is a general M.Phil.
