Christ Academy Institute of Law, Bengaluru is affiliated with Karnataka State Law University. And, as per the KSLU admission process, the admissions to the first year of the 5 year BA LLB integrated course, in all colleges under the jurisdiction of Karnataka State Law University, is strictly based on merit, based on the marks secured by the candidate in the qualifying examination.
Eligibility criteria: - 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board with a minimum of 45%marks in aggregate (40% marks for SC/ST candidates.)
Age Limit: For General Category -20 years and for SC/ST and OBC Communities -22 years.

Hi Akshita, If seen eligibility wise- you can go for any stream any field, UPSC and govt exams do not impose any restrictions on the field of study, but for a better foundation and preparation towards your aim better to have subjects which form the important part of UPSC and law exams so that you are ahead in the long run competition by some means. For this, you may take humanities as your field of study and go for politics, law management, history or geography as your subjects. All the best!

LLB cannot be done through distance learning. As per BCI, distance LLB doesn't hold any value.

The eligibility is as below.
Th candidate should have scored at least 40% marks in Part II with Psychology as an optional at B.A./BMR, M.Ed./ M.A.(Education)/ M.Sc.(Home Science)/ Diploma in Child Psychology or Industrial Psychology.

The eligibility for LL.B. course is that the candidates who have passed a three year Degree Examination of Universities in Tamil Nadu and Such degree awarded by Member Universities of Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi for purpose of mutual recognition on reciprocal basis, after 10+2+3+ or 11+1+3 pattern and also recognized by Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University alone are eligible for admission to LL.B (3 years) Degree Course.

The difficulty level depends on the student aptitude and preparation of the individual student. Clearing SET is not an issue, clearing the PI after getting shortlisted is a task.
