The eligibility for GD Goenka is:
Candidates who have completed their 10+2 standard education from CBSE or equivalent examination are eligible to apply.
Candidates qualifying and holding a valid score in GATA (Goenka Aptitude Test for Admission) and personal interview are shortlisted for the final admission.

If you want to change your college under the same university then it's possible and you can directly go to the 2nd year. However, if you're changing your university then you will have to go through all the procedures just as a fresh student and study from the 1st year again.

Candidates who have cleared Standard XII with at least 45% aggregate marks (40% marks for SC/ ST category) meet the Lloyd LET 2018 eligibility criteria for B.A. LL.B. Course. Candidates appearing for Standard XII exams or awaiting results are also eligible to apply.
