Migration Certificate will be provided by the College you studied in. Ask them for it and they will give it to you. And yes, you can take admission in CCSU if you have proper Bachelor degree with 50% marks.

Minimum Qualification for five year integrated programme:
The law aspirants who wish to appear in MH CET Law 2018 will be required to meet the Eligibility Criteria of MH CET Law 2018 as laid down by DHE Maharashtra. MH CET Law Eligibility Criteria 2018 mentions the following:
Candidates should have passed Senior Secondary School Examination/ 12th Board Examination from any recognised educational institution.

To study at the Harvard Law School, one must appear for the ISAT examination held four times every year. Also, one has to apply to Harvard along with their ISAT score.

After the announcement of entrance test result, you can participate in online counselling by registering yourself through KUK website.
University will notify the merit list as per the marks in the entrance test.
