MH CET Law 2018 Eligibility Criteria.
Minimum Qualification for five year integrated programme:
The law aspirants who wish to appear in MH CET Law 2018 will be required to meet the Eligibility Criteria of MH CET Law 2018 as laid down by DHE Maharashtra. MH CET Law Eligibility Criteria 2018 mentions the following:
Candidates should have passed Senior Secondary School Examination/ 12th Board Examination from any recognised educational institution.
The law aspirants need to have secured a minimum of 45 per cent of the total marks in the aggregate of the subjects, which however is 5 per cent less for those belonging to SC/ST categories of Maharashtra state.
Candidates appearing in the 12th board examination will also be considered eligible and can appear in MH CET Law 2018 for the five-year integrated law programmes. However, the admissions will be subjected to fulfilment of the minimum qualifying marks at the time of counselling.
MH CET Law Eligibility Criteria 2018 Minimum Qualification for three year law programme (LLB)
The candidates who wish seek admission in LLB programme need to have a graduation degree issued by any university or college recognised by UGC and following a 10+2+3 education pattern.
Candidates need to secure a minimum of 45 per cent in the aggregate of the subjects, and 40 per cent for those belonging to SC/ST categories of the Maharashtra state.
