The chances of getting a college are very less. I would not suggest you even go for the spot counselling round. But do not worry, try next year and you will crack the exam.

There is only one college in Hyderabad, which offers this certification course. Further, siksha.com had made a list of colleges which offer and this one appears in the fore. All the best, it is a good subject, but sad, many colleges don't offer it.

Hi, Diploma in Taxation Law (DTL) is a 1-year graduate degree programme, the minimum eligibility is the 10+2 from a recognised school board or its equivalent exam. Diploma in Taxation Laws (DTL) that deals with the tax collection on income, personal property, real property, etc. Ranging from state taxes, federal taxes, and local taxes to foreign taxes. The common eligibility criterion for a Diploma in taxation is 10+2 pass out. Most of the candidates prefer to pursue this programme only after graduation because in the degree they are being given basic knowledge of taxation and related areas.

North-Eastern Hill University usually do not post question papers online, if you're that keen, I would suggest you to directly contact the respective department and ask for the same.
