Lateral entry in any course is only possible in the second year and not in the third year and is completely dependent on college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details contact the college authorities.

Hi Saurabh,
The colleges abroad have different entry requirements. For majority of the undergraduate programs in law you must complete a Bachelor's degree first and take entrance exams like ISAT, etc. You must also take TOEFL or IELTS. You should check law school websites abroad and be specific as to which country you want to study at.

BVP CET law is the common entrance test to get into BA LLB of BVP New Law College. Seat for non-Maharashtrian domicile candidates are 105/180. So you chances are very low. You can try for paid quota seats in BVP NLC.

There is no placement in Siddhartha Law College, Dehradun. If you are taking admission based solely on the placement guarantee of the college which obviously is untrue and bogus, I suggest you try for some other college.

For every lawyer/student, it is mandatory to pass All India Bar Examination to get registered as a lawyer, and be eligible to practice as a lawyer. This is not any lawyer job, it is a mandatory exam to get yourself registered as a lawyer in the state with Bar Association. If you do not get your certificate from Bar to be able to practice, you will not have the power of attorney or vakalatnama. Without passing this exam, practising in the courts would be illegal.

Well, I will suggest you to sit and ask yourself which one will be easy for. Check the syllabus of B.Tech and BA LL.B as both are totally in opposite directions. In B.Tech, you will learn the concepts of the related domain of engineering. In BA LL.B, arts and law.
An IPS officer has to be very smart and strong. I would say do it from top universities so that you can learn as much as you can. For law, National Law School of India University, Bangalore,
National Law University, New Delhi,

Faculty of Law, University of Delhi,
Lovely Professional University, etc. are recommended.
For B.Tech, Amity Universit
