You don't need to opt for CAT exam if you want to study law further. After completion of 12th, if you are thinking for law, you may take admission in law school or private university for integrated course BALLB/BBA LLB. Minimum 50% aggregate in first five subjects in 12th standard for applying CSAT. Instead thinking of percentage start preparing for entrance there has four sections consists of English /reasoning/ GK current affair /legal aptitude legal reasoning constitutional law other than you can opt for CLAT too if interested syllabus is same except maths section.
