All NLUs provide five years integrated programme like BA LLB, B.Com LLB, BBA LLB and B.Sc LLB and few NLUs provide one year LLM, that is a Post-graduation course.

Yes, you will get tier 3 NLUs, like NLU-RANCHI, NLU-Assam, NLU-Trichy, MNLU-NAGPUR, MNLU -AURANGABAD in third allotment list or in vacancy seats.

You shall get private colleges from the ideal institute and lower in rank in the spot counselling round. There is a very little chance of getting VIPS or Amity based on if the seat is available in the spot round. You also have the option to migrate to the main campus of Amity or VIPs in your second year. My personal suggestion would be not to go with VIPS.
