BBA LLB is a good degree course if you have interest in joining the corporate arena. But if you want to be a corporate lawyer, you need to pass a course of ICSI. Also, you can get jobs at firms dealing with commercial clients.

I think she can give her BAR exam if that is what you meant. It's an open book exam so it won't be very tough though she may need to brush up some of her legal concepts.

I don't have much idea about Punjab University so I cannot comment on it. But B.Com LL.B in UPES, Dehradun is good. You will learn a lot of things. Because the pattern of UPES academic is very nice. And if we talk about faculty then you will get excellent faculty here. You will get an excellent support from them.
