No, you cannot take admission in Unique Education Institute or any other university for LLB, as minimum percentage requirement in graduation is 45% for pursuing LLB.

Sorry to say with no false hopes there are no chances to even qualify for IIM C because for the admission into IIM you need to be good in all areas. Your academics are not that good to get IIM. You can try for other institutions.
