It's possible for you to GET one of the NLUs. However, in order to know which particular NLU, you will have to wait for the official cut offs as they'll mention the cut offs of each participating NLU.

If you can manage both, then yes. There's no rule against them.

Are you from general category? If yes, then it's not possible as the cutoffs are high every year. However, try for private institutions and wait for the official cutoff.

The issue is striking but there's no official changes made yet. However, please visit the official website and try placing a complaint yet. I would personally suggest that if you want the authorities to hear you, all the students must come together and through social media and petition you must go ahead.

Please wait for the cutoffs and once it's out there are chances that you'll get one of your preferred colleges i.e. one from the participating universities.

It's not possible to get a NLU as your score is low and cutoffs are high every year. However, wait for cutoffs and there are many colleges where you can prepare for judiciary too. They are SLS Pune, Nirma University, GLC Mumbai, ILS Pune, etc.

Your school is too low so it might not be possible for you to GET NLU. However, try for private institutions and wait for their cutoffs.
