Yes, 20 years is for general and 22 years is for SC/ST candidates for 5 year course.

The admissions have been closed for this academic year, you shall try in the next academic year.

So, if you want to do LLB. You must apply for it and, you could surely do it. You have done your BA from IGNOU which is good, you must apply for it.

As per the UGC guidelines you can choose any one of the course, but if you want to do both then you have choice of doing it from two different universities.

The admission criteria for LLB from Law College Dhanbad is as under :- A student after passing the graduation examination of Vinoba Bhave University or any other corresponding degree examination of any other University recognized as equivalent thereto by the Vinoba Bhave University with at least 45 percent of marks in case of general category applicants and 40 percent marks in case of SC/ST applicants in the aggregate shall be eligible for admission to LL.B.
